Wafting Through The Air

Image
Some things are so beautiful that you cannot forget it, Some things are so awful that you cannot forget, Time stands still for a split second, While the mind records it all, When tears doth fall, The curse of it all, Began with the first sin of all, (Adam & Eve) Then a baby in a manger or feeding trough, Covered in cloth, swaddling cloth, The same they used on newborn sheep, These might have been already dappled, covered, To protect the little lamb, From times before, Beginnings of lore, Free, freedom, forever more, A little respite from satan’s snare, A lot of hope wafting through the air, A child of God, He did dare, To take the keys from the gates of hell, The Son of God, He is well, He lives in my heart, my mind, and body.  What can man do to my soul? *** Through all the tragedies that have been going on, we do have a redeemer. And His name is Jesus Christ. Praying for anyone who is in need of this kind of healing.  Love Always, Laveda D. Rockford
