  Painting, Writing, and Gardening   First, I will begin by telling you a little bit about my new painting. When I paint, I really have no idea what will go onto the canvas. I trust the Holy Spirit to guide me, and this painting is hard to understand unless you know about future prophecy . I am calling it The Redeemed or The Ransomed . It takes time to paint an oil painting on canvas, but the rewards are so much worth it. People used to tell me all the time not to complement myself, but I am the only one who cares about it at the moment, and I consider my remark as marketing.   Trust, Persevere, and Hope There are so many sad things happening in the world today but we, who have the ability to show kindness and love around the world, should not stop doing what is important. So, this post is about things that are dear to my heart. First of all, I would like to remind you and those of you who do not recall that my Mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015. Cancer is a terrible foe. My Mother was 73 years old when she was diagnosed and after chemo, surgery, and radiation, I am happy to say that she is still with me. She turned 82 years old this year. It was not easy but the thing that kept her going besides our faith in Jesus Christ was her ability to look ahead to the future and laugh a lot with her sisters. I haven't had much time to write because I have a full time job. However, I have enough time to write this post. I am very thankful for this beautiful day. Texas has the most wonderful winter days! I thank the Lord for the sky and beauty of Texas. It gives me inspiration. The beauty of Texas in winter.  I have been writing my second book and screenplay. I'm very excited about how this sequel is forming around the central message. FBI Special Agent Wade Hamilton and his new wife Gina experience some wonderful times together.
