There were many good memories regardless of the terrible things that happened to her. She looked up into the cloudy sky to see if she could glimpse the Lord and thank Him for everything – the good, the bad, and the ugly! However, the latest news found Wade holding his phone between his knees with his head bowed. The excitement of having this assignment over only to find out there was a crazy man on the loose was enough to blow the wind out of his sails. He wasn’t a praying man, but after meeting Gina, and sensing there had been a higher power at work here, he thought, What would it hurt? He said a silent prayer, asking the Lord to watch over Gina, and then, as an afterthought, he asked the Lord to give him insight on what to do.
