During this season
we know that the sounds of joy filling the air could fall flat upon the ears of
those suffering unimaginable sadness.
What can we do to
ease the pain of so many?
Do we let them wallow in self-pity? Or do we share what we know to ease the pain?
Each Christmas is
no different than the last since I have been alive. We celebrate the love of
God. While God watched with saddened, darkened sky, His own son die, we know
that His birth was celebrated with a distant star shining bright in the sky.
Guiding those who, for decades, watched. A convergence of stars in the heavenly
realm to announce His birth and our deliverance.
Did I say Deliverance?
Yes, deliverance! Though
Roman domination was not toppled for years to come, the devil lost his grip on
the human soul. We gained communion with God Himself. Was the convergence of
stars a precursor? God with us?
Yes!
The stars align,
To show the sign,
When the Godly
reign,
Begins to shine,
The birth of One,
Who comes to stay,
Who made our way,
To heaven that day.
Though dark clouds,
Disguise His
deity,
The stars
converged,
For clarity.
If we, with a human
mind, only know what is behind us, God with His holiness knows the end from the
beginning. Signs shown through the ages bestowing His knowledge on those who
love Him and are called according to his purpose.
What clarity,
Yet shrouded in
mystery,
Does God declare,
His word!
So, lift your eyes
up to the One who knows, and He will guide you through this world of dim reflection.
(1 Corinthians 13:12)
He promised to be
with us and never leave us.
With sorrow,
He brings hope,
With pain,
He brings hope.
Hope in Him! In
Him, all things are possible.

God exchanges,
Sorrow for joy,
Pain for gain,
Patience for
goodness,
And everything in-between.

Without Him, I can do nothing.
Though sadness wallows the human heart, God holds that hurt for a special purpose.
Use it for good! Use it for God!
God bless you and
have a blessed Christmas!
Love always,
