The Breath of Gold | painting by Laveda D. Rockford
The Breath of Gold
In the land of glorious conifers, there are a few conifers
with this special feature. God created this feature with His royal breath
representing the gold color of the heavenly realm.
The LORD my GOD sent this painting into my mind, and I must paint what He sends me. I saw it in my mind and painted it in one single day. I had a few touch-ups to do afterward to keep the clear, yet vision version of this painting.
Isaiah 13:12
I will make humans rarer than gold, scarcer than Ofir’s (Ophir’s) pure gold.
Revelations 21:21
The twelve gates were twelve pearls, with each gate made of a single pearl.
The city’s street was pure gold, transparent as glass.
Painting is such a wonderful tool presented to mankind
before written language was created. The walls of caves are a testimony of this
endeavor to speak to future generations.
A vision comes and it is kind of like a dream, shadowed in
mist, yet clear as day when you see it. Though you do not understand the full
extent of the vision until afterward. Then it all seems so clear.
How I wish that all people could have a relationship with God
like this. I am not special, God is not a respecter of persons, anyone can have
this type of relationship with Him. I only speak to Him daily. God sent His Son
Jesus Christ for our salvation. And after Jesus Christ ascended to Heaven, He
promised that we would receive the Holy Spirit who,

never has a prophecy come as a result of human willing – on the contrary,
people moved by
the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit) spoke a
message from
God.
So, here is the vision, the oil-painting, The Breath of Gold
shadowed in the mist, yet clear as day.
In case you are interested in adding a little gold into your
garden design, I will list a few conifers that have this special feature.
