Here is a little summary about me and what I do.

I have painted quite a few paintings and ornaments which I really enjoy painting. I mainly use oil on canvas except when I paint on glass for my Christmas ornaments.

I am an enthusiastic gardener and designed my own flower garden. Gardening is a learning process. Some things go together well while others have to be moved because of water hungry neighbors. I had to remove one of my Hydrangeas because of that issue and it is having a wonderful time in a large flowerpot on my patio. The little tree that you see in the photo is no longer there. We had so much rain this spring that it did not survive. It made me very sad.

I am a poet and here is an example.

 THROUGH WITH WINTER SHORES

 

A long-weighted time on winter shores,

longing for spring,

A glimpse of it here and there,

Through sunshine and rain.

 

Oh, that spring would finally arrive

And bring with it such fun fair,

Awe, that it fills the air,

From drab to a colorful hue when it’s there.

 

Beautiful blossoms and scents fill the air,

Soft breezes dry the silky fare,

The awe of spring is here.

 

Insects, bugs, and crawly things,

Flit through the garden,

Looking for things,

And then a beautiful sight to see,

In a garden so fair,

The big, bright, beautiful wings of a butterfly, flying there.

 

It captures the scent of nectar so pure,

The color of flowers for flight,

The butterfly so delicate and the flower,

Its perfect delight.

 

What wonders I see in the late afternoon sun?

When butterflies decide to drink some,

Flittering here and fluttering there,

Oh, what a sight!

 

Through with winter, into spring,

and hot days of summer,

A butterfly seen is a delight,

Especially the ones in my sight.

 

Beauty describes this beautiful fair,

Describing it with words and heart with care,

The beauty of spring and summer,

The butterfly fluttering there.

I love taking interesting photographs. Looking at nature and what makes it special. Trying to make something some people might think looks regular into something amazingly fantastic without photoshop, etc. Yes, I do put my name on these photos because of ownership rights but they have not been enhanced.

I am an author and writer. I love putting words to the page which sends readers through an investigative adventure.  I am a Christian. I believe in Jesus Christ as my Savior. Yahreh is not the same as Yahweh. Please do not confuse these names. Thank you.

 

CAPTIVE DELIVERANCE | YAHREH Screenplay

The first in this series of books and screenplays is Captive Deliverance (Yahrea) which leads FBI Agent Wade Hamilton into an investigation that changes his life. While working on a complicated case, he learns how to see beyond his own understanding. Combined with the help of his team the criminals are rounded up and he closes the case that brought Gina into his life.

                Motto: There is a reason for everything and everything has a purpose.

 

THE CASE OF THE BLACK PEARL RING | THE CASE OF THE BLACK PEARL RING Screenplay

In the second book, Gina and Wade find out that the battle surges even though they are living according to the rules. After they open their own private investigation company, they contact their first client. Wade travels across the country only to find the answer that he is looking for in his own backyard. When the list of criminals gets longer, his old team members join the investigation, and the team acquires innovative technology that helps them get a positive result with an unexpected ending. (soon to be released)

                Motto: Though the battle surges here, know that HE is near.

 

Who is Yahreh? Yahreh is the child of Wade and Gina Hamilton who met while Wade was investigating a crime in Captive Deliverance. They named him after Yahweh Jireh. The Lord will provide. When you trust Him. Gina had to trust the Lord through it all. And the Lord provided her with a husband, a child, and this begins her career as one of the best investigators in the world. What a wonderful Lord we have.

Yahreh (yah’rea) name, a friend of God. God’s friend. – Rea (rea) n. Friend of mine.

 

Wouldn’t you like to be called a friend of God? I know that I would. I am not saying that I am or anyone that I know is anything like Abraham or any of the old prophets, but I know our Father who is in heaven, and it was and still is an important thing for me to learn how to become His friend. I recognize that Jesus Christ has given me the ability to have a relationship with Him and I write books that are designed to show you how being a friend to Him can assist you in your everyday life. That does not mean that all of the sudden you have a glorious life though at times it can. What it means is that no matter what happens in your life on earth, we have the ability to persevere knowing that our Heavenly Father loves us.

Rockford During this season we know that the sounds of joy filling the air could fall flat upon the ears of those suffering unimaginable sadness. What can we do to ease the pain of so many?   Getting Ready For The Holidays | Laveda D. Rockford With the weather getting cold and below freezing, that special feeling of sunshine brightens my eyes. What am I talking about, you ask? The bright Christmas lights twinkling in the evening sky to cheer the sighs of so many. This is not the time when we only think of family and friends, but Jesus Christ who came for the price of our sins. Gift giving is celebrated for the gifts that Christ was given on that day when wise men came to worship Him. What is interesting about that, you ask? The three gifts that He, the Christ child, received. Gold is meant for royalty. Frankincense and Myrrh was used to anoint the body for burial. The ultimate sacrifice. While the Bible does not say how these men were given the knowledge of the Savior being born, one can only assume that they heard about it and was versed in the prophecies that Daniel taught them in Babylon.
