YAHREH : SWAT ENTERS THE HOUSE

CAPTIVE DELIVERANCE is a Christian Crime Drama .

YAHREH is the screenplay of CAPTIVE DELIVERANCE and registered with Writers Guild of America West.

I began writing YAHREH before I wrote CAPTIVE DELIVERANCE. In the process, I contacted a screenplay evaluation company, took a Cinematic Storytelling course, and contacted movie producers who informed me that for them to consider the screenplay YAHREH, it would have to be published. Therefore, I wrote CAPTIVE DELIVERANCE and registered YAHREH.

The following excerpt from YAHREH is a revised version.

INT. - CAL AND TINA
       
FS TINA WALKING INTO THE DEN

Tina walks into the den with a tray of snacks and two glasses of soda. She sits the tray between them on the table, takes a sip of her soda, then sits down, places her soda on a coaster, and begins watching TV.

FS OF THE TELEVISION

The Judge slams the gavel against the sound rock.
       
           JUDGE :
          "Guilty!"

FS CAL AND TINA

The sound of something crashing through their front door.

FS FRONT DOOR

          The door crashes in.
YAHREH : A SWAT Team Advances 

FS CAL AND TINA

Windows smashing in their bedroom and living room stun Cal and Tina. They look in the direction of each sound. They move to the edge of the entry peering around the corner toward the front door.

FS FRONT DOOR

A SWAT team advances through what's left of the front door.

FS CAL

Cal runs to retrieve the gun hidden under the side table and begins shooting around the corner of the room toward the advancing agents.

FS SWAT TEAM ADVANCING THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR RETURNING FIRE

FS TINA

Tina falls to the floor, screaming.

FS CAL

After exchanging gun fire with the agents, he runs in the opposite direction while shooting wildly behind him.

FS SWAT TEAM CLOSING IN ON THE DEN

FS CAL IN THE HALL

He runs feverishly through the house reaching the basement door. Ripping the door open he enters the stairway, closing the door behind him.

  Thanksgiving Thought During Thanksgiving, most people gather to share stories of their year and greet each other with great esteem. While Thanksgiving is not celebrated around the world, I wanted to tell those of you who will be gathering with your families this Thanksgiving to please remember to say a prayer for those people who are having a very difficult time. Though we, as humans, sometimes think that our little part of the world is the most important, we have to realize that there are difficulties the world around. Many people do not have money to fill their tables with a bounty of food. Other people do not have the money to go and see their family.   I Live For Freedom As you know, I have been on vacation. It began on Monday morning in Missouri, and we arrived in Maryville, Tennessee that evening. The Lord graced us with beautiful sunshine every day that we were there. The first day we drove into the Great Smoky Mountains, around curves, up mountains, and into valleys all green and yellow that introduced the early autumn season. The beauty of it all gave me a piece of awe that you can only get when you know the love that was placed into such a sight as this. This is where my Cherokee ancestors lived. While there, I had the privilege of visiting the Museum of the Cherokee Indian in Cherokee, North Carolina. Between June 1838 through March 1839, approximately 16,000 Cherokee were removed from their tribal lands and relocated to Oklahoma. It is said that approximately 4,000 Cherokee died.
