Welcome to Rockford Smiles! In honor of the holiday season, let me tell you a Christmas story that happened to me a long time ago.  It remains in my memory as a bright, shining star among the dark silhouette back ground of the evening sky. I grew up in a home that celebrates Christmas. Steep in tradition, with Christmas carols, and the family gathering as most families do. Exchanging gifts, music a flow, cheerful smiles, around the glow… of Christmas. But one Christmas stands out among them all, a Christmas none, no, none at all. My Mother went shopping before Christmas day, to gather gifts for us that day. Smiling and excited to watch her children on Christmas day,… glad. Before going home, she had one more errand to run. Only to find, when she came back, that someone had taken all of the Christmas gifts that she had. Driving home with a heavy heart, knowing that she had to tell us, her children, my brothers and I, that we wouldn’t have gifts this Christ

We celebrate Thanksgiving Day to give thanks for divine goodness. In America we celebrate the giving of bread to sustain the Pilgrims and native Americans through the winter. A gathering of people who cared enough to share the bounty that God gave each. I pray that each and every one of you have a blessed Thanksgiving Day!  If you are a Christian, I would like to invite you to celebrate with us no matter if you are an American or not. Please allow me to tell you about a day, the first Thanksgiving day.  Open your eyes to see before the the Pilgrims traveled the sea, before the car, before the Christmas tree. A time when things were unresolved and dangerous for many.  Watch as the ripples of waves come crashing onto the shore of a lake on a clear, bright day. Look out across the water, watch as the sun shines down causing the water to glisten and see in the middle of that lake, on this glorious day - a boat.  Tying knots, a throw, tossing and turning with nothing to show

The Lord I have been very busy lately, but I have to share this with you.  I was thinking about the day when the Lord did the most sacrificial thing for all of us. On the day that I'm talking about, He gave of himself so that we might live. And live we do, but the most amazing thing is when He rose from the grave and brought with Him those of Abraham's bosom.  I don't know if you know the whole story, so I wanted to show you this representation of what the miraculous day would have looked like in the Godly realm.  When I say the Godly realm, it's a dimension within our earthly realm that was seen through the eyes of a few whose lives are recorded in the Bible. I am like a tree planted in good soil thriving among the light. My light shines before men, though they know not what matters to me. Oh LORD, you have spiritual eyes to see, the roots that go below the surface of what man can see. My light shines before men, though they know not what matters  to me. The dark side attacks me and most could not contend. The lighter side judges me though they do not repent. But You, Oh LORD, know me through and through. And You are where my eyes do look, Your spiritual eyes do see. My light shines before men, though they know not what matters  to me. The lies that swirl around like a seething snake meant to discourage, kill and take. Will not leave me in its wake a weakling human of God’s mistake. I am a child of the Most High God and mistakes are not His accord. So, read this and make of it as you will, because the dark side’s evil, it will not kill. The light that planted this tree on a heavenly hill.

I have been very busy writing my second book and I can't wait to have it published. I will be looking for a new publisher since Tate Publishing went out of business. I hope to find the perfect partner to assist me. The second book is a continuation of the story about Wade and Gina Hamilton, a crime fighting duo, spending their days fighting crime, rescuing the innocent, and depending on the LORD. I know some of you will be upset to read the LORD. Well, God is the LORD and Jesus Christ is the son of God. It is the belief that I have and the last I heard it is my right to believe. I pray that you have tolerance for a Christian who loves to write exciting, crime fighting novels that keep those who read interested in the next exciting moment. It is not only for readers, but those who love movies. My screenplays are and will be just as exciting as the book. One of the most disappointing things is to go to a movie after you read the book, and the movie doesn't do the book jus

Today is Father’s Day and I want to wish all of the Dads out there a very Happy Father’s Day! I know that during these trying times life can feel overwhelming. Whether through the pressures of your daily activities, work, or with some, the inability to do things that should or need to be done, this can cause some to crumble. Well, I’m here to tell you that we have a God that will lift you up, that forgives sins, and cares for you more than you know. He loves you enough to die on a cross for you and that, in and of itself, shows the unexplainable love that He has for you. If you have accepted His love, and are living under His care, don’t be so hard on yourself. Yes, life is difficult, but you have a home and you are only a sojourner on this earth. YAHREH, screenplay *** FS WADE’S WHITE SHIRT/ZOOM OUT FS FBI SPECIAL AGENT WADE HAMILTON FBI agent Wade Hamilton walks through the door at FBI headquarters. He sits down at his desk when his boss, Bill Blass, walks through the door at a fast pace. BILL: “Wade, in my office, stat.” TWO-SHOT Wade looks at his partner Brad, sitting at the adjoining desk, and rolls his eyes. BRAD: “Man, you’re in trouble! I told you that you were going too far. That stunt, it was funny but you went too far! I mean… they actually thought it was going to be front page news only to found out too late that the whole branch was laughing at them. You know Ken went straight up the ladder. Man… you’re going to get fired! Did you see the look on Bill’s face? Man… you’re getting’ canned.” Wade throws a pen at Brad and

YAHREH : GINA AND THE ANGEL  An excerpt of the screenplay YAHREH. *** ZOOM/FS VIDEO SCREEN Wade starts the video again and points at one of his agents in the background. WADE: “You see the lady in the office behind her? That’s one of mine.” Video scene #2: Gina is sitting at her desk when Sally and her boss, Linda, walk behind her and say goodnight. They walk behind the cubicle wall and Gina watches them walk out the front door. The front door is behind the camera. The bells on the front door ring. After they leave Gina leans her head down close to her desk without bending her back very far. It’s not a normal relaxing position. It’s as if she were bowing down while sitting. Then the bell on the front door rings as someone comes in. The sound of rustling of feet is heard coming around the cubical wall. Sally runs around the cubical wall and is hunched over, then she straightens up and she’s holding a gun in her hand. She begins running up behind Gina . Sh

In scripture, the word “falling” is usually described as “falling down” or “falling into.” You can read about it in the following verses. ·          Numbers 24:4 & 16 ·          Proverbs 25:26 ·          Isaiah 34:4 ·          Luke 8:47 ·          Luke 22:24 ·          Acts 27:41 ·          I Corinthians 14:25 Then there is, “falling headlong,” in Acts 1:18. This  is concerning Judas and his act of betrayal against Jesus. Which brings me to the most important description of “falling” in scripture. The “Falling Away.”                 Now brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the “falling away” comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts him

Oh LORD, how mighty are You! You make us do things for You that we know not, yet we do. This teaching is concerning Joseph of Arimathea. Joseph was a secret disciple of Jesus, a righteous man, and looking for the kingdom of God. Arimathea is believed to be Ramathaim-zophim, the Ramah  of Samuel’s residence. The birthplace of the Prophet Samuel. (1 Samuel 1:19-2:10) Hannah’s Prayer: 1 Samuel 2:1-10 “My heart rejoices in the LORD; My horn is exalted in the LORD. I smile at my enemies, Because I rejoice in Your salvation. No one is holy like the LORD, For there is none besides You, Nor is there any rock like our God. Talk no more so very proudly; Let no arrogance come from your mouth, For the LORD is the God of knowledge; And by Him actions are weighed. The bows of the mighty men are broken, And those who stumbled are girded with strength. Those who were full have hired themselves out for bread, And the hungry have ceased to hunger.

In Captive Deliverance , the FBI contacts Gina through a note. The note didn’t tell her who was watching her, but reading the note was enough. She thumbs through a few pages when a piece of paper falls to the floor. MS GINA Gina leans down to pick up the note and reads it. OVER THE SHOULDER ZOOM TO ECU OF THE NOTE Gina,   We found a video of you from twelve years ago. We think you may be in danger. Leave us messages in your Bible Study Book if you need to. Be careful, listen, and watch. MCU GINA Gina reads the note several times. Then she starts to cry. She lifts her head with tears in her eyes, GINA: “Thank God!” MS
