SINCERE LOVE

Happy Valentine's Day!

 Here are a few photos of my painting. I decided to call it, Sincere Love. 

 I looked through the Bible for a good verse to use on this occasion. Though there are many that talk about love, Isaiah came to mind.

 I long for the day when... 

 "For as the earth brings forth its bud, as the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring forth, So the LORD God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all nations." ~Isaiah 61:11

  Flower Garden Season Composition | Laveda D. Rockford I am trying my best in the heat of early summer to complete my flower garden borders. I have been working on this vision for almost two years and have finally reached a point where I can show you and you can understand. The newest section will contain a small patio area with table and chairs surrounded on one side with Buxus as a screen of privacy. Burgundy Plum and Cherry trees, as well as Sand Cherry and a few tulips will welcome spring weather. Then Iris will rise up until they burst into their beauty. Purple, yellow, and a burgundy and white combination. Oh, what a delight. Late spring into summer, Yarrow (Achillea) rise higher and throw on their crown of flowers acting as a forerunner into summer’s beauty. Phlox, Whirling Butterflies (Gaura) purple Salvia, Shasta Daisy, Hydrangea and Clematis all vie for attention in the summer sun.
