YAHREH : ONE MAN MISSING?

In the previous excerpt from my screenplay YAHREH, FBI Special Agent Wade Hamilton and his team are in the middle of capturing the gang hired to kill Gina.

YAHREH : ONE MAN MISSING?

EXT. GINA’S NEIGHBORHOOD

FS WADE

Wade walks up toward the front of the van and George gets into the passenger side seat. Wade stops at the window and looks at the clock on the dashboard.

   WADE :
"How many do we have in there?"

MS FBI AGENT BART

   BART :
"Six, Boss."

MS WADE

   WADE :
"Hmmmm. Where's the seventh man?"

Wade looks worried while he walks back toward the rest of his team who are standing at the back of the van. He scans the surrounding area.


WADE :
"Everybody, heads up! We have a missing Black Blood. I want everyone out scouring the area, pronto. If you find him, radio it in. I don't want to hear about the one that got away."

FS WADE AND HIS TEAM

The FBI team splits off in different directions.

FS WADE WAITING

The FBI Team come back to the van. The last couple of agents are walking up in the distance. When they arrive, they shake their heads back and forth. Wade looks at his watch.

WADE :
"Okay, we've done all we can do right now. Sam and Bart, drive these prisoners to headquarters for interrogation. George, go get your butt looked at.

FS FBI AGENT GEORGE

George looks down to see how bad it is.

MS OF THE AREA WHERE THE BULLET WENT THROUGH HIS JEANS.


FS WADE AND HIS TEAM

WADE :
"Everyone else, go back to the rental house and get some sleep. Take shifts manning the surveillance equipment. I'm going to stay until morning. Now get going."

  Thanksgiving Thought During Thanksgiving, most people gather to share stories of their year and greet each other with great esteem. While Thanksgiving is not celebrated around the world, I wanted to tell those of you who will be gathering with your families this Thanksgiving to please remember to say a prayer for those people who are having a very difficult time.   I Live For Freedom As you know, I have been on vacation. It began on Monday morning in Missouri, and we arrived in Maryville, Tennessee that evening. The Lord graced us with beautiful sunshine every day that we were there. The first day we drove into the Great Smoky Mountains, around curves, up mountains, and into valleys all green and yellow that introduced the early autumn season. The beauty of it all gave me a piece of awe that you can only get when you know the love that was placed into such a sight as this. This is where my Cherokee ancestors lived. While there, I had the privilege of visiting the Museum of the Cherokee Indian in Cherokee, North Carolina. Between June 1838 through March 1839, approximately 16,000 Cherokee were removed from their tribal lands and relocated to Oklahoma. It is said that approximately 4,000 Cherokee died.
